Mally Smith is a 500hr RYT Advanced Yoga Instructor teaching, creating and living in the Boston area. Specializing in Kripalu Yoga and Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, Mally's classes range from gentle to vigorous, always leaving room for personal modification and independent exploration. Mally received her 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification at the Kripalu School of Yoga, she studied with Jennifer Reis, founder of Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, and received her 500hr Advanced Teaching Certification from Shakti Initiation, a program lead by Jovinna Chan and Grace Jull, in Bali, Indonesia.
Mally's soothing voice and calm demeanor nourishes body, mind, and heart, allowing for deep physical, mental and spiritual inquiry. Creating a safe space in every classroom, Mally will inspire and challenge you.
