Mally first came to yoga through dance and improvisational movement. While studying dance at The George Washington University, Mally was introduced to yoga and meditation and found it to be a natural addition to her daily practice. Years later, in 2012, Mally completed her 200hr yoga teacher training at The Kripalu School of Yoga, and fell in love with teaching. She has been teaching yoga and mindfulness full-time since 2013. exploring both the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. and fell in love with the practice of meditation in motion. She completed a 500hr teacher training in Indonesia, studying under Jovinna Chan & Grace Jull. She is also certified instructor of Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra.
Mally’s classes range from gentle to vigorous, with a strong emphasis on listening to your body, always leaving room for personal modification and independent exploration. Mally creates a safe space for all of her students, allowing for deep physical, mental and spiritual inquiry.
